Education Qualification :
- Candidates must be qualify 10+2/Intermediate, And have Speed Computer Typing, knowledge of Stenography.
Age limit :
- For Junior Stenographer candidate should not cross 27 years.
- For Junior Secretariat Assistant candidate should not cross 28.
Selection procedure :
- The selection of candidates will be made based on the merit list of competitive written examination and proficiency test in Stenography which is qualifying in nature. The details of scheme of written examination as mentioned below:
- Mode of examination : OMR BASIS or Computer Based examination.
- Medium of questions : The question paper allotted in both English and Hindi.
- Standard of exam : 10+2/XII.
- Total number of questions : 200.
- Total time allotted : 2 hours.

Application Fee :
- Candidates are required to pay Rs.500. The Candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwBD/ Women/CSIR employees are exempted from payment of Application Fee.
Remuneration :
- For Junior Stenographer : Rs.46,800 per month.
- For Junior Secretariat Assistant : Rs.35,000 per month.
